ASU ANNOUNCES NEW D2 HEAD COACH - JOE DUSBABEK

Arizona State University is proud to announce Joe Dusbabek as its new head coach for the D2 ACHA hockey team.  Joe has a very long and distinguished hockey career including over 20 years of coaching , eight years of professional hockey experience and four years playing NCAA hockey.

 

Coach Dusbabek’s career highlights include:

Played for University of Notre Dame hockey (NCAA) 1996-2000

Drafted by the San Jose Sharks (NHL) in 1997

USA World Juniors National Team in 1998

Played 400 professional hockey games in the AHL, ECHL,UHL and CHL

University of Notre Dame Hockey Schools, Head Hockey Instructor

Robby Glantz Power Skating, Assistant Skating Instructor

Notre Dame Preparatory High School (Scottsdale, AZ)

2009-2012 Assistant Coach, 2012-2020 Head Coach

2 State Championships

2 Appearance at the USA Hockey High School Nationals

 

"We are very excited to add Joe to the ACHA staff.  His previous experience and current commitment to our program will make the D2 team an immediate national tournament contender," said Tait Green, ACHA D1 Head Coach and Director of Hockey.
