The Sunbelt Baseball League is continuing to monitor COVID-19 in the state of Georgia. Georgia has been ahead of the curve and continues to progress with its opening of the state. The Sunbelt League has decided to push the SBL 2020 Championship Season back to an opening day on June 29th.  This will allow venues to be ready and allow each team to have two weeks of workouts to prepare starting June 15th. The 2020 SBL season will schedule a 20-game regular season with all six team making the playoffs starting August 3rd and ending August 9th.

The Sunbelt is committed to the health and safety of its players, coaches, staff, and fans and will follow all guidelines provided by the state of Georgia to ensure the safety of those individuals involved.  We will also continue to communicate with our partners at Major League Baseball, the NCAA and the National Alliance of College Summer Baseball and provide any updates on any further changes regarding the 2020 season.

We are still taking player registrations at this time.  To apply to play on a Sunbelt Baseball League team this year, click on the Registration tab and fill out the registration form there.
