Information on Refunds & Credits Regarding Canceled Games

Thank you for your patience as the front office organized a plan for refunds and credits after the season ended prematurely due to ongoing coronavirus concerns. If you have not yet read the letter from Team President Mickey Gray you may click here to do so. Our front office will be closed to outside visitors until further notice, however the staff will be operating normally and will be available via phone and email. The aforementioned plan is detailed below and we are asking that all refund and credit related requests be submitted by April 10, 2020. 

 

SINGLE GAME TICKETS

All single game tickets and parking passes will be refunded. If you purchased your tickets via credit card through the box office or online, refunds will be generated automatically. If you purchased tickets with cash, you must visit Berglund Center’s box office to receive your refund. The box office is currently maintaining normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. The box office does not have the capability to refund or credit accounts associated with vouchers.

GROUP TICKETS, UNDATED VOUCHERS, FAMILY FOUR PACKS, & PARTY BOX

If you purchased group tickets, undated vouchers, family four packs, or party box tickets through the Rail Yard Dawgs office, please contact your account representative or complete the form here. We will be offering refunds upon presentation of unused vouchers or you may opt to exchange those for the 2020-2021 regular season. Unused vouchers will be collected and exchanged upon the front office reopening to the public. 

 

Group tickets and family four packs purchased through the third party ticketing website, Fevo, will receive automatic refunds for ticket amounts. Due to the nature of their business and the high volume of event cancellations, refunds are expected to take longer than the standard 5-7 business days. 

 

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Full, half, and quarter season ticket holders will be sent an email containing a form with their options moving forward. If you, by chance, do not receive an email, please reach out to one of the front office staff members at the bottom of this page. 

 

CORPORATE PARTNERS

Corporate partners will be receiving an individual email regarding their options moving forward as every contract contains different elements. We thank you for your patience as we reach out to you in the coming days with details.

 

Support from the Rail Yard Dawgs community is important now more than ever with the unforeseen cancellation of one-fourth of our home games. We thank you for your patience and positivity thus far. More information will be communicated in the coming weeks regarding specialty jersey auctions. Replica jerseys will still be available for purchase.
