Five Ontario Junior Hockey League players are on National Hockey League Central Scouting’s mid-term rankings of North American players released today ahead of the 2020 NHL Draft in Montreal.
Ryan Alexander of the St. Michael’s Buzzers heads the list at 114 (4th round).
The others are:
Toronto Jr. Canadiens forward Ryan Tverberg (122)
Cole O’Hara of the North York Rangers (166)
Brendan Kennette of the Burlington Cougars (182).
Frankie Carogioiello of the Jr. Canadiens, an affiliate player from St. Andrew's College (170).
The draft will be held at the Bell Centre June 26 and 27.
The Ontario Junior Hockey League is the largest Junior ‘A’ league operating under the auspices of the Canadian Junior Hockey League, with 22 member clubs. The OJHL had more than 135 commitments in 2018-19, including 65 NCAA Division I scholarships.
