The Trenton Golden Hawks have partnered with the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMHF) on a joint initiative centered around the Golden Hawks nationally televised game on Saturday, February 8th vs the Markham Royals. 

Faceoff for Foundation was an idea that came about as the Golden Hawks were awarded a nationally televised game and approached TMHF about utilizing that spotlight to highlight the importance of donating to our local hospital. The Golden Hawks and TMHF have a long relationship of working together, with the Golden Hawks having volunteered at TMHF's Gala and Fashion for Foundation already this year. The idea took off when Golden Hawks sponsors Leon's, Huff Estates, and Smylie's Independent stepped up to sponsor the event. 

On Saturday, February 8th at 3:00 PM the Golden Hawks will take the ice against the Markham Royals wearing custom, never to be worn again, Faceoff for Foundation jerseys, which will be auctioned off throughout the game, with all of the funds raised going directly to the Trenton Hospital. The Golden Hawks are also taking custom pre-orders for jerseys, with all the proceeds for those as well going to the hospital. In addition, at the event, there will be a number of silent auction tables for other items that can be bid on.
