The Florida League Celebrity Golf tournament is the league's biggest annual fundraiser. Each year in November, thirty foursomes descend on Central Florida to take part in this exciting event. For the past eleven years, the completely private and very prestigious Interlachen Country Club (Winter Park, Florida) has been gracious enough to host our annual Celebrity Golf Tournament. While playing a round of golf at this luxurious course is a treat in itself, each golf group is also joined by a baseball celebrity. We are proud to have the support of former World Series Champions, MVPs, CY Young Award winners, #1 overall draft picks and Rookie of the Year recipients.

The two day event kicks off with a pairings party on Sunday evening. Each golfer and a guest are invited to join our celebrities for an evening to remember. Hearty hors d'ouevres and drinks are served. This exclusive party gives fans a rare chance to get up close and personal with some of their favorite players. Celebrity guest speakers discuss the Florida League, helping the attendees understand the importance of summer collegiate baseball. It also marks the opening of the silent auction, which brings in more than $25,000 annually.

On Monday, participants arrive early to enjoy the outstanding practice facilities at Interlachen as well as a delicious BBQ buffet lunch prior to golf. After golf, a buffet dinner is served in the ballroom while golf prizes are awarded and our silent auction closes.
