1. Welcome to Opening Day for Cal West Little League 2019. We are so excited for you to join us for another exciting season of baseball! On Opening Day, there will be team and individual photos, bouncy houses, batting and pitching practice and a concession.

2. Photo times have been emailed to team managers. Please note there are a high number of teams this year as well as many teams have games on opening day as well and it is critical that your team is on time for their photos. The timing is precise and unfortunately, teams will not be permitted to wait for players if they are late. Photo times for teams cannot be changed.

3. Please arrive with your players dressed in uniform at least 20-30 minutes prior to your child’s photo time to ensure time to find your child’s team, get dressed and to get organized for your photos. 

4. Each team from each division is required to have one parent volunteer for 1 hour on Opening Day. Volunteers are required to help supervise the bouncy houses as well as assist the photographer

5. As a part of your registration fees, you will receive a team photo and individual photo of your child. These photos will be distributed later on in the season.  For an additional cost, there are many different photo merchandise options available again this year (including baseball cards, magnets, water bottles and blankets). These have been incredibly popular in past years and a big hit with kids and parents alike. Please see the link for more details

6. Fun for Parents: tickets for the 4th annual Cal West Parent Social: First Pitch on May 10, 2019 will also go on sale at Opening Day (booth will be set up near the photographer). Last year, the tickets sold very quickly and it’s a very fun event that you don’t want to miss. Tickets are $25.00/person and it’s cash only (an ATM is located in the facility). Please see poster below for details! Proceeds go back to Cal-West so come with your team parents, support a great cause and get to know the Cal-West Community.
