This year the NSIHL tournament teams (known as the North Shore Zulu) will again be competing in the annual NARCh (North American Roller Hockey Championships) tournament in Irvine, California.

Only those players registered in competitive divisions for Squirt, Peewee and Bantam, and all players in the Mite division may try out for a tournament team. In addition, all players selected for the 2019 tournament teams must be able to travel to Irvine for the dates that their age group will be competing.

Mite (2008-2009 birth year) - July 14-17
Squirt competitive (2006-2007 birth year) - July 12-15
Peewee competitive (2004-2005 birth year) - July 16-19
Bantam competitive (2002-2003 birth year) - July 12-15

Tournament team tryouts consist of 3 sessions. At the minimum you must attend at least one of the sessions to be considered for the team, however, we highly recommend that you make every possible effort to attend all 3 sessions, which gives us a much more thorough opportunity to consider your capabilities.

The 2019 tournament team tryouts are at Karen Magnussen Arena on the following dates:

Monday, April 15
Monday, April 22
Monday, April 29

Floor times are assigned by division as follows:

Mite - 5:30-6:30 pm
Squirt - 6:30-7:30 pm
Peewee - 7:30-8:30 pm
Bantam - 8:30-9:30 pm

Note: Players that are playing in a higher division, please choose the appropriate sessions based on your birth year.

After the tournament teams have been selected, weekly practices will begin on May 6 at the same times listed above (also at KMA).
