Our Player of the Week for Week 1 is Connor Charping of the Saginaw Sugar Beets.  It was a great week for Charping, as he batted .450, with 18 hits and 15 RBIs.  Charping also drew 6 walks and stole 8 bases.  A native of Trenton, Michigan, Charping is a sophomore at Western Michigan University.
