Cardiff Devils’ Champions Hockey League campaign for 2018/19 will begin with a home visit by Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday 30th August.

The fixtures for all teams were announced on Friday as preparations get fully underway for a new season of the continental competition.

It also sees the Devils end that particular week when Swiss side SC Bern, who knocked Nottingham Panthers out at the last 16 last season return to the UK on Saturday 1st September.

The reverse fixtures see Andrew Lord’s men head to Austria then Switzerland respectively the following week, before a double header with Växjö Lakers, the current CHL runner’s up to round off Group G.
