Tryouts for the 2017-2018 ACHA Division II team will begin Monday, August 20th. All tryout skates will be held at Hamilton Center Ice Arena in Columbus, Indiana. There will be a MANDATORY call-out meeting the Monday classes begin for anyone interested in joining the club.
The full schedule for the week of tryouts is as follows:
- 8/20/2018 8:30pm- 9:30pm Call-out Meeting SRSC Auditorium
- 8/21/2018- Captain’s Skate- 9:45pm- 11:15pm Columbus, IN
- 8/22/2018- Tryout #1- 9:55pm- 11:15pm Columbus, IN
- 8/24/2018- Off-Ice Tryout- 7pm- 8:30pm Woodlawn Field
- 8/25/2018- Tryout #2- 5:30pm- 7pm Columbus, IN
For those players who need a ride to the tryout sessions, the team will arrange to have returning players be available to drive anyone who needs a ride to the on-ice sessions. The off-ice session is on campus. The tryout fee is $150 per player that can be paid with either cash or check and is due at the first tryout (players who have not paid will not be allowed to go on the ice for tryouts). The tryout fee guarantees your participation in all 4 tryout sessions. The team will be selected by August 26th @ 7 pm.
