Christian J. Stewart Photography Announced as Official Photographer for the BC Premier Baseball League

March 26, 2018, Victoria, BC - The British Columbia Premier Baseball League (BCPBL) and Christian J. Stewart are pleased to announce that Christian J. Photography will be the official photographer for the BCPBL in the 2018 season.

Under the arrangement, Christian J. Stewart will provide photography and media services for key games on the BCPBL schedule, including games at the Premier, Junior Premier and Bantam Premier level, including photography at the league championships in all divisions.

Coverage of the 2018 season will begin on April 1st as the Parksville Royals travel to Victoria to open the BCPBL season with a double-header against the Eagles.

Christian J. Stewart has been involved in the sports photography field since the late 1970's and early 1980's and has now evolved into one of the top sports (notably baseball) photographers in the Pacific Northwest.  He has covered baseball extensively in Victoria and is the Official Photographer for the Victoria HarbourCats Baseball Club (West Coast League) and Victoria Eagles (BCPBL), as well as a Senior Contributing Editor and Photographer for Independent Sports News (ISN) a national web-based sports media outlet.  He has also covered games at the Major League Baseball level and most recently, served as the Official Photographer for the 2017 Baseball Canada Senior Men's Nationals in Victoria and the 2017 World Junior (U18) Championships in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

He has also covered various PBL tournaments in the past, including the Junior Premier Provincials in 2014 and 2017 and the Premier Provincials in 2015 and a number of his images adorn the home pages of the BCPBL and BCJPBL web sites.
