Interview Questions:

Have you recently committed to a NCAA program or been drafted into the OHL, WHL, NAHL or NHL? Are you excited at the prospect of playing in the higher levels of hockey?

Currently I am not drafted into any Junior leagues or committed to any NCAA programs. However, the prospect of one day being able to play at the next level, gets me one step closer to my lifelong dream of continuing to play hockey at a competitive level

How did playing in the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League prepare you to move forward?

The competition in Tier 1 Elite hockey has prepared me to play a much higher pace game and develop my skills at a higher level.

Are there any moments that really stand out for you from playing in Tier 1?

Playing nationals at San José in 2016 stood out the most; it allowed me to compete against great players and teams that understand what sacrifice is at the next level.

What would you say is the best part of your game?

The best part of my game is my speed and willingness to win puck battles and not give up on plays. I also pride myself on playing a good defensive game.

What do you like to do when you are not playing hockey?

When I'm not playing hockey, my time consists of school, work, skateboarding and playing basketball with friends.

Is there anyone you would like to acknowledge?

I like to acknowledge; my parents for making it possible for me to play this game I love; San Jose Jr. Sharks sports director and coordinator, Mike Janda, for pushing me over the last 5 years to be the hockey player I am now; and my current coach, Matthew Guffey, for introducing me to new styles of play that have helped me improve my game.
