The Pittsfield Suns (13-15-1) were walked-off in the ninth against the Worcester Bravehearts (13-16), losing 3-2.

It was a low scoring affair as the Suns scored their only 2 runs in the 7th with a run scoring off a Kevin Doody 2-base error and an RBI double by Andre Marrero.

The Silver Knights would get all 3 runs in the 9th with a Greg Kocinski solo home run, a Brian Hart walk which brought in a run, and a wild pitch by Brian Rodriguez brought in the walk-off wild pitch run to Joseph Caico.

Frank Moscatiello (1-1) got the win. Brian Rodriguez (2-2) blew the save and got a lose.

The Elser Animal Control Pest Player of the Game went to Austin Pope, who hurled a gem. 7 innings pitched with only 2 hits, 1 walk, and 3 K's

The Pittsfield Suns travel to Lynn, MA on Friday to face the North Shore Navigators. Bob Hamel will pitch for Pittsfield against North Shore's Conor Bawiec. First pitch is slated for 7 PM.
