Bravehearts Welcome Alex Dion to 2018 Coaching Staff

The Pittsfield Suns (13-14-1) get 3 round-trippers off of the Nashua Silver Knights (13-14) pitching, defeating the defending FCBL champs 7-3.
The offense was kicked off in the 1st with a 2 RBI single by Alex Parkos.
The Silver Knights tied it up with an RBI double by Anthiny Meduri, whom later scored off a sacrifice fly by Cam Cook.
The Suns would get the 2 runs back off a 2-run homer by Greg Cavaliere.
Cam Cook continued to provide offense for Nashua with an RBI single in the 4th.
But the Suns would grab 2 homers in the 6th. Cade Cavalli blasted a 2-run homer as well as Brett Morrison with a solo shot of his own, both to left-center field.
Brandon Shileikis (1-1) got the win. Dillon Stimpson (1-1) got the loss.
The Elser Animal Control Pest Player of the Game went to Greg Cavaliere, who went 2-4 with a 2-run blast, a stolen base, 2 runs, and 2 RBI.
The Pittsfield Suns travel for a morning game in Worcester to face the Bravehearts. Worcester's Sean Mellen will pitch against Pittsfield's Austin Pope. First pitch is scheduled for 10:30 AM.
