SPRINGFIELD, MA - The Blue Sox head into the final week of June with a busy promotional schedule.

Thursday night, the Blue Sox will play the Vermont Mountaineers for the first time this season at Mackenzie Stadium in a special DOUBLE HEADER. The gates will open at a special time of 4:30pm with first pitch for game-1 occurring at 5:30pm. Game-2 will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game-1. That's two great games for the price of one! Also, it'll be our Shocktop Hat Giveaway where the first 400 adults will get a Shocktop Baseball Hat courtesy of Williams Distributing.

On Friday, Paws will be celebrating his.... well, we're not sure how old he is... It's the whole dog years thing. BUT ANYWAY - we're having a birthday party and all our fans are invited. The Sox play host to the Upper Valley Nighthawks and first pitch will be at 6:35pm.

Sunday, July 2nd is going to be Deuces are Wild Night where we celebrate our play by play man Mike Lord with a special $2 hot dogs and $2 admission - ON JULY 2nd. Mike's favorite call is 'deuces are wild' so we figured we'd give you a taste of what that's all about and offer a great promotion as we head into Fourth of July weekend. Game time is 5:05pm and gates will open at 4pm.
