ROCKLAND- The Rockland Nationals are pleased to announce that they have inked right-winger Connor Beatty to a standard player agreement. The 18-year old from Concord, New Hampshire will add speed and skill to the Nationals lineup. Head Coach and GM Dan Sauvé has nothing but praise for the American born skater.

“Connor is a dynamic forward who demonstrates incredible intensity, speed and skill with the puck. He blew us away at camp. Once he gets accustomed to the game here in the CCHL, he will be a very effective point producer” mentioned Sauvé. 

The shifty winger is excited to be part of the Rockland Nats organisation for their second stint in the CCHL. “ I am looking forward to playing hockey in Canada.  My hope is to be a solid contributor to the team and help the Nationals make it to the playoffs in its first year back in the CCHL,” explained Beatty.

The Nationals begin their quest for the Art Bogart Cup when their training camp opens on August 19th. You can catch Beatty and the rest of the Nats in action soon!

ROCKLAND- Les Nationales de Rockland sont contents d’annoncer qu’ils ont conclu une entente avec l’ailier droit Connor Beatty. Le natif de Concord au New Hampshire n’a que 18 ans mais il ajoutera de la vitesse et de la finesse à l’alignement des Nats. L’entraîneur en chef et gérant Dan Sauvé n’a que des louanges pour ce jeune américain.

«Connor est un attaquant dynamique qui démontre une excellente intensité et rapidité. Il possède aussi de très bonnes mains. Il nous a surpris au camp d’espoir. Une fois qu’il s’ajuste au niveau de jeu de la CCHL, il sera sans doute un joueur efficace, » commente Sauvé.

L’ailier agile est excité pour le début de la saison à Rockland, une équipe qui rejoint la ligue CCHL pour la première fois depuis 1978. « Je hâte de commencer mon séjour au Canada. J’espère pouvoir contribuer à l’équipe afin d’aider aux Nats à se qualifier pour les séries éliminatoires dans leur première année de retour dans la ligue. »

Rockland débutera leur conquête de la coupe Art Bogart lors du camp d’entraînement le 19 août.  Venez voir Beatty et le reste des Nats en action!
