The Pittsfield Suns (11-11-1) lost the battle at the Isle of Martha's Vineyard against the Sharks by a score of 11-8

Sharks would grab 2 in the 1st, 1 in the 4th, 5 in the 5th, 2 in the 6th, and 1 more run in the 7th. The Suns would only get 2 in the 5th, 5 in the 7th, and 1 in the 8th.

Hunter Sheppard (3-0) got the win. Brandon Shileikis (0-1) got the loss. Fink got the save.

The Elser Animal Control Pest Player of the Game went to Andre Marrero, who went 2-5 with a grand slam, a run, and 4 RBI.

The Pittsfield Suns return home on Wednesday to face the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. Gates open at 6 PM. First pitch is scheduled for 7 PM.
