For all Midwest Hockey Tournaments we have tournament room blocks set aside to ensure that teams are able to stay together. Once given access to our list of hotels, you will see which hotels we are partnered with and a live ivew of how many rooms are available at that hotel. 

All travel teams attending Midwest Hockey Program tournaments are required to book their accommodations through the RoomRoster system. Shortly after registration, an account is created for each team in the RoomRoster Event Support System and the Team Manager is emailed their login link to begin the booking process.  Once the team hotel has been selected, a link will be provided to the Team Manager to forward to all team members in order for them to reserve a room within the blockof rooms placed on a courtesy hold by the Team Manager.

There is a dedicated Support Team awaiting calls for all hotel accommodations hosted by Midwest Hockey Program. Team Managers and Team Members can contact the Support Team for assistance at anytime by dialing 1-888-723-2064 or by emailing support@roomroster.com
