JR SENS PUT COLTS ON THE BRINK WITH A 4-1 WIN IN CORNWALL

CornwallJaren Burke’s two goals led Ottawa to a 4-1 win over the Colts in Cornwall Tuesday night.

The win give the Jr Senators a 3-0 series lead over the Colts.

Luke McCaw and Griffin MacGregor also scored for Ottawa as they outshot the Colts 31-24.

Merrick Rippon had 3 assists for the Jr. Sens.

David Poirier scored the lone Colts goal.

The Wendy’s Restaurant Three Stars were First Star Jaren Burke (OTT), Second Star Merrick Rippon (OTT) and Third Star Dean Derouchie (COR).

The Colts travel to Ottawa looking to stave off elimination in game 4 tomorrow (Wednesday) night.  Game time is 7:30pm at the Jim Durrell Rec Centre.
