Welcome Joe Slowik as the U10 Head Coach for the 2017-2018 Season!

Joe Slowik has been playing and coaching hockey for the past 20 years.  Joe grew up playing his youth hockey for the Delco Phantoms in the DVHL.  After his youth, Joe went on to play in college for the University of Scranton.  Joe played all 4 years at Scranton and served as the team Captain in his final season.  Joe graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors in Communication with a Coaching Minor. 

After graduating Joe became a certified NCAA and NAIA recruiter and currently works part time as a scout for athletesforcollege.com. In addition to this role he spent served as the University of Scranton’s player development coach and recruiting director.  

Upon moving to the Lehigh Valley in the spring of 2016, Joe started working as the assistant coach of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth Tier 1 Elite’s 2007 program.  Joe looks to return with this age group stepping up the head coaching role.
