LASCELLE NAMED CCHL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Cornwall – Colts net minder Liam Lascelle has been named the CCHL Player of the Week.

The Colts goalie stopped 78 of 79 shots fired his way to backstop the Colts to back-to-back victories over Hawkesbury and Brockville.

Lascelle has been in goal during the Colts current seven game winning streak posting a sparkling .952 save percentage over that span.

Overall this season, Lascelle is 17-9-0-2 with 3 shutouts, 2.38 goals against average and .923 save percentage.

The Colts are in sole possession of 3rd overall in the CCHL with a record of 24-12-1-3 for 52 points.

The Colts are back in action Thursday night when they host the Nepean Raiders.  Game time is 7:30pm at the Ed Lumley Arena.
