“Ever since January of 1990 when Bill Comrie met with a few of his executives at the Brick Warehouse Corporation, we have been at West Edmonton Mall, showcasing the best hockey talent in North America for hockey players aged nine and ten. The concept of a summer tournament for this age group was truly unique and our goal was to create a Tournament in a venue that would set the standard for hockey tournament around the world. We will always endeavor to keep Bill’s vision of providing young athletes the best possible opportunity to display their skills amongst the top athletes in the world, while at the same time sharing a summer holiday with their relatives and hopefully gathering new friends from cities all over North America.

Since 1990 we have witnessed some of the best hockey players in the world embark upon their future professional careers.  We have also seen hundreds and hundreds of players play in Canadian Hockey League, Canadian and American Colleges and Universities while becoming outstanding citizens and contributors to our society. One can only imagine the fiture skill and talent of this year’s players.  On behalf of our entire committee I thank everyone for their support as volunteers, sponsors, players and coaches. We have an outstanding group of volunteers ready to treat you to an experience of a lifetime. Enjoy everything this Tournament has to offer and support these amazing athletes at they meet one of their biggest hockey challenges to date…The Brick Cup”

Kindest regards,

Craig R. Styles – Tournament Chairman
