Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Wednesday as the Seacoast Mavericks (26-13) outscored the Bristol Blues (18-21) 9-8.

The two teams combined for 27 hits in the game.

Elias Macias went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Seacoast Mavericks. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Tyler Beck improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Seacoast Mavericks. He allowed one run over four innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered six hits.

Michael Nocera was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
