Zack Tower collected three hits, sparking the Worcester Bravehearts (25-9) to a 6-4 victory over the Bristol Blues (16-18) on Thursday at Muzzy Field.

He homered in the second inning and singled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Zach Whitaker pitched lights out for the Worcester Bravehearts. The Bristol Blues managed just three hits off of the the Worcester Bravehearts' pitcher, who allowed two earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his six innings of work.

Frankie Gregoire racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Bristol Blues. He homered in the fifth inning.

Sebastian DiMauro brought the heat against the Worcester Bravehearts during his outing. DiMauro gave up just three hits, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Teddy Carey (0-3) took the loss for the Bristol Blues. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
