CCHL Launch New Team Websites

The Kanata Lasers are excited to announce that Jeff Jordan has joined the organization as the new head coach of both the Jr. A and Midget AAA teams.
The 31 year old native of Ottawa, ON brings with him a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, which will revitalize and rebrand the organization. Jeff is a full time hockey coach and has been coaching various teams in the Ottawa area for the past 8 seasons. He recently spent the past 2 seasons as an assistant coach for the Ottawa 67’s (OHL), working under coaches Jeff Brown and Mike Eastwood, where the team went through a fantastic rebuild. Jeff has also spent the last 4 seasons as the head coach a midget AAA team (Nepean Raiders Midget AAA & Ottawa Sens Midget AAA), where he won 2 back-to-back league championships and also won the silver medal at the 2014 OHF Telus Cup Regionals. In 2013-2014 Jeff was the winner of the OEMHL AAA Coach of the Year award.
Jeff has been adding to his coaching experience working within Hockey Canada for the past 5 years in various programs and competitions. He is currently working towards completing his High Performance 2 coaching certification level, and has participated in the Hockey Canada Program of Excellence with a few teams. Last season, Jeff won a National Championship with Team Ontario at the 2015 Canada Winter Games and in 2016 he will be serving as an assistant coach at the upcoming OHL Gold Cup for team HEO.
