Jimmy Galusky is an infielder who joins the Muskrats for his first season.

The red-shirt freshman started 53 games for West Virginia University. He batted .262

with one home run and 14 RBIs for the Mountaineers. He is the son of Steve and Shawn

Galusky and has one brother. A native of Arthurdale, West Virginia, Jimmy attended Preston High School where he was a four year starter on he baseball team. His senior year, he batted .558 with 44 runs, 15 doubles, 4 triples, 3 home runs, 54 RBIs and 32 stolen bases. His honors include being twice named to the West Virginia AAA All-State First Team (2013-14), the 2014 Dominion Post Player of the Year, being twice named to The Dominion Post All-Area First Team (2013-14), 2014 Big 10 Conference Player of the Year, and three-time All-Big 10 Conference First Team (2012-2014). Jimmy was also a member of the basketball team at Preston, earning all-state honors in 2013 and 2014 and holding the school record for points.
