Kevin was named All Diablo Foothill Athletic League (DFAL) 1st team as a senior - where he batted .283 with a .413 slugging percentage. Silky played his summer ball with one of the best Connie Mack teams in the entire country - the Danville Hoots - who made it to the Final Four of the Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, NM. Kevin was part of a 2015 Arkansas recruiting class that was ranked #1 in the country by Perfect Game and #4 by Baseball America. Kevin will primarily be playing first base. When he is not in the field, the Merchant coaches will try to get his bat into the lineup at the DH spot
