The Virginia Beach, Va., native has been a versatile member of the Mountaineers pitching staff this spring. He has spent time as a conference starter and has also worked out of the bullpen. As of May 23, Berry is 4-3 with a 6.54 ERA in 16 appearances and 12 starts.  Berry transferred from Potomac State College where he produced a 9-1 record in two seasons with the Catamounts. He made the All-Region team last spring after posting a 3.47 ERA in 59.2 innings. The right-hander was a First Team All-Region player at First Colonial High School during his senior season. Berry is majoring in pre-communication studies.
