Ramos has been with the Jackals since their inception in 1998. The 2015 season marks his 18th with the franchise. Began his career with the Jackals as a bullpen catcher and coach, before moving up the ladder. Has worked for three different Jackals managers. Played collegiality for Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he also coached on the school's Division III National Championship team in 1984. Ramos also coached for Montclair State University. He is the owner of four league championship rings as a coach with the Jackals. Ramos is very active in the community, running a baseball and catching instruction camp in Northern New Jersey.
