Sidearming right-hander Seth Overbey returns to the Jackals after leading the Can-Am League with 41 appearances during his debut season with the team in 2009.

The 26-year-old reached the Double-A level in 2008 when he appeared in 53 games for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, going 4-3 with a 4.12 ERA. In 2007, the University of Maryland graduate pitched for the Single-A Lansing Lugnuts and did not allow a run in 16 games. He continued that success with the Advanced-A Dunedin Blue Jays, compiling a 0.90 ERA in nine games.

A 15th round draft pick of the Toronto Blue Jays in 2006, the Maryland native is 15-14 with 18 saves and a 3.25 ERA in four professional seasons.
