| Enters second season as assistant and third base coach on Joe Calfapietra's staff. Stewart was the interim manager of the Newark Bears in the second half of 2012. Before returning to New Jersey in the summer of '12, Stewart was the head coach of Lincoln Park Academy in Fort Pierce, Florida where he amassed 116 wins and four district titles. He also runs an indoor baseball facility called Coach Chuck's Batters Box in Port St. Lucie, Florida. A Pompton Plains native, Stewart was drafted his junior year out of William Paterson University as a catcher by the Chicago Cubs in the 1982 June Amateur draft. | |||||||
