Franklyn enters his 15th year of professional baseball as he joins the Bluefish for his first tour in the Park City and fourth in the Atlantic League. Last season, the former Major Leaguer appeared in seven games for Independent Yuma of the North American League and posted a 3.86 ERA with 10 strikeouts.

The lefthander has one stint in the Major Leagues during his career, which occurred in 2004 with the Florida Marlins when he appeared in seven games in relief. The 32-year-old has also spent time in the Toronto Blue Jays and Baltimore Orioles organizations. He made his Atlantic League debut in 2008 with the Newark Bears, pitching in 15 games. The following campaign he would join the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs as a late season addition, and in 2010 would appear in 11 games for the York Revolution, posting a 2.84 ERA. In 291 career minor league games, Gracesqui owns a 19-27 record with a 3.99 ERA, 19 saves, and 438 punchouts in 426.1 innings of work.
