Jeff is no stranger to Mountaineer baseball having played for the team last season. Last year he batted .276 in a team-leading 34 games played. He also had an on-base percentage of .355. At Rhode Island, Jeff led the team with 21 multiple-hit games, third on the team with a 14-game reached base streak and a 10-game hitting streak. He also received several regional honors for his play.
