In 2019, Meyer played at Central Arizona College, hitting .285 with two home runs and 23 RBI, and was named to the JUCO World Series All-Tournament Team.
Meyer attended Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was a three-year varsity letter winner. He was born in Newport Beach, California.
