Olson will be playing his final year of college baseball at Stetson after a successful four-year career at Hartford. The infielder started 146 games over his four years on campus, and logged 161 hits. In 2019, Olson finished second in the America East Conference in batting average, logging a career-best .306 mark. As a sophomore, he was named to the America East All-Tournament Team after hitting .636 in the postseason. On the summer ball circuit, Olson hit better than .300 for the Riverhead Tomcats in the Hamptons League in 2017 and suited up for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks in Cape Cod in 2019.
