Brickman was a .306 hitter with four doubles, three home runs, a team-high 16 RBI and nine runs scored in Dayton’s 14 games this spring and now returns to the Navs for the third time in his collegiate career. His 2020 season included five multi-hit games and a seven-hit series with eight RBI against Northern Kentucky. The Andover native transferred to UD from St. Petersburg College in 2019 and posted a .264 average while tying for the team’s home run lead with seven.

First a Navigator following his senior year at Worcester Academy, Brickman hit 11 homers, 17 doubles and drove in 62 runs for North Shore between 2016 and 2017. He tied for second in the Futures League with 41 RBI in 2017, a mark that still stands as the single-season franchise record. Brickman hit .301 with four long balls and 17 RBI for the NECBL’s New Bedford Bay Sox last summer.
