General McArthur is in his first year with the ThunderBolts and first as a pro in 2019. He was signed on May 24, 2019. He spent two years at Missouri Baptist University and hit .288 there over 75 career games. As a junior in 2018, he hit .328 and stole 20 bases and was named Second Team All-American Midwest Conference. McArthur played his first two collegiate seasons at Kirkwood Community College and played in 94 total games with a .305 batting average. In his freshman season, he hit .338 with 32 steals and 53 runs scored. General attended Crete-Monee High School in Crete, Illinois.
