During the Spring, Sanchez coaches at Paradise Valley Community College in Phoenix, AZ. At Paradise Valley, he assists with the pitchers and catchers along with base coaching. He also assists with recruiting for the baseball program.

Sanchez was also a member of the 2015 Eau Claire Express. Sanchez appeared in 22 games, posting a 3-0 record along with 8 saves and a 2.53 ERA.
