SOPHOMORE - (2011): Victories came against San Diego State, Pepperdine and the Air Force Academy ... the eight innings at Pepperdine was his longest appearance of his career and it was with one unearned run in a convincing 8-3 victory ... struck out eight in seven innings against New Mexico.

FRESHMAN - (2010): His four victories came at TCU in relief of a 5-4 win at No. 4 TCU and over Washington State in relief, and starts vs. San Diego State and Air Force ... moved into the starting rotation by the end of March ... got his save against Washington ... had seven strikeouts against Portland and UNLV.

Second team all-state and first team all-region for Deer Valley High ... coached by Larry Eubanks ... was all-region in golf.
