Andrew's coaching career started off in the Trosky/Kali organization (2013-2016) coaching in the college developmental program working with high school players ages 16-18U. He then got hired as the Piedmont Hills High School head varsity coach (2014-2016). In 2005, in just his second year he turned the program around and made a historic run leading his team to its first winning season and playoff birth in 10 years. Andrew collected the first playoff win in the history of the program. That team made school history by winning PHHS’ first ever Central Coast Section Championship in baseball. The team also made CCS history by becoming the first 16 seed to ever win the title and was only the fifth team ever to ten run rule a team in the championship game.

He is a graduate of Evergreen Valley High School in San Jose, CA.

Was a center fielder that started his college career at San Jose City College where he led the team to a super regional final. He was an All Conference selection and was the 2009 Santa Clara County Hot Stove Junior College Player of the Year.

Then transferred to Colorado State University-Pueblo and was an all conference selection both years.  Junior season led the team in hits, runs, and stolen bases. Senior year led the team in stolen bases and triples helping a team that led the nation in that category.

Graduated from CSU-P with a Business Marking Degree, and currently resides in San Jose, Ca.
