The Barrie Baycats (11-5) took down the Kitchener Panthers 12-6 on Tuesday at Schmidt and Shaw Stadium after slamming the Kitchener Panthers (7-6) with eight runs in the fifth inning.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to five lead changes in the game.

Matt Logan racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Barrie Baycats. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first and fifth innings.

Nick Fogarty picked up the win for the Barrie Baycats. Fogarty allowed no earned runs, four hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings of work.

Mike McGillivray was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked five and struck out two.
