The Sonoma County Grapes (13-26) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 6-5 to the Maui Na Koa Ikaika (20-19) on Tuesday.

While the Sonoma County Grapes led until the sixth inning, the Maui Na Koa Ikaika worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI single by Danny Sandoval.

Sandoval racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Maui Na Koa Ikaika. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fifth and sixth innings.

Chad Blackwell got his fifth win for the Maui Na Koa Ikaika despite allowing five runs over seven innings. Blackwell struck out five, walked none and gave up 12 hits.

Vinny Pacchetti (1-5) took the loss for the Sonoma County Grapes. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed no runs.
