He homered in the fifth inning.Dan Reichert kept contact to a minimum, striking out seven the Bridgeport Bluefish batters. Reichert allowed one earned run, three hits and two walks over seven innings.
Despite the loss, the Bridgeport Bluefish's Tobi Stoner dominated the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs' batters, giving up three runs and striking out six.
Prentice Redman reached base two times in the game for the Bridgeport Bluefish. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.
Stoner was charged with his fifth loss of the year.
