The New Jersey Jackals (59-40) beat the Quebec Capitales (65-34) 3-1 on Sunday at Le Stade Municipal behind Edgard Clemente, who had two extra base hits.

Steve Fox pitched lights out for the New Jersey Jackals. The Quebec Capitales managed just two hits off of Fox, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out seven during his six innings of work.

Dustin Crenshaw pitched eight innings and allowed three earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out two.

Crenshaw (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher.
