Teddy Nowell kept the Rockland (14-17) off the board during his six innings of work and the Grand Prairie beat the Rockland, 8-3.

Nowell struck out three and allowed four walks and two hits.

Greg Porter racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Grand Prairie. He singled in the third and sixth innings.

Ryan Scoma reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the ninth inning.

Pat Moran was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked five, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
