The Laredo Lemurs hang on against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, 6-4

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (62-33) weren't able to come back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Laredo Lemurs (51-44), and the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks lost 6-4 to the Laredo Lemurs after falling behind by four runs in the sixth inning.

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks scored two runs in the sixth on a two-run single by Max Casper. Despite their efforts, the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks couldn't finish the comeback.

Stephen Pearson was hot from the plate for the Laredo Lemurs. Pearson went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the second, fourth, and sixth innings.

Edwin Walker brought the heat against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks during his outing. Walker held the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Leonard Giammanco recorded his fifth win of the year for the Laredo Lemurs. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered four hits.

Jake Laber (6-7) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked five and struck out two.
