A walk-off solo blast from Adrian Martinez brought home the winning run for the Sioux City Explorers (40-48) in a 3-2 victory over the Kansas City T-Bones (44-44) at Lewis _ Clark Park on Tuesday.

Martinez racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Sioux City Explorers. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Jason Jarvis pitched eight innings and allowed two earned runs, eight hits and two walks while striking out two.

Andrew Snowdon recorded his second win of the year for the Sioux City Explorers. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Josh Rainwater (4-10) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
