The Grand Prairie AirHogs (45-38) and the Amarillo Sox (39-44) traded the lead eight times on Wednesday, but the Grand Prairie AirHogs ended up on top with a 7-5 win over the Amarillo Sox.

Andres Rodriguez racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He homered in the sixth inning and doubled in the eighth innings.

Adam Buschini racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Amarillo Sox. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Derrick Miramontes recorded his sixth win of the year for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He allowed two runs over one-third of an inning. Miramontes struck out none, walked one and gave up two hits.

Chase Johnson (4-3) took the loss for the Amarillo Sox. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
