The Sioux Falls Pheasants (24-19) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 6-4 to the Kansas City T-Bones (25-20) on Tuesday.

The Kansas City T-Bones took the lead in the sixth inning on an RBI single by Jose O. Duran.

Bubby Williams reached base two times in the game for the Kansas City T-Bones. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning.

Joe Anthonsen put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Sioux Falls Pheasants. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the third and sixth innings.

Shaun Garceau got the win, running his season record to 5-0. He allowed four runs over six innings. Garceau struck out four, walked one and gave up nine hits.

Rod Scurry was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
